The outdoor pool area is serene and well-maintained.

The air conditioning made a loud rattling sound and was ineffective, leaving us uncomfortable during the night. I couldn't help but feel distressed seeing the chained puppy outside every day. It really weighed on my heart. Even though it was a cozy room, the shower was small and not very practical.

The shower size left much to be desired!!! The air conditioning unit was annoyingly noisy, disturbing my sleep at night. The chained puppy outside was quite distressing and should have better living conditions.

Why it's almost great (but not quite)

The hotel is situated in a key location, which was easily accessible from the dolmus stop. The hotel is perfect for families and groups with ample space.

There weren't any significant drawbacks during my stay at the hotel. One might say that since it is situated out of town, it might require a bit of effort to get to town, but the hotel's location more than makes up for it.

We had an fabulous stay at the hotel. The meals were very nice and the staff, especially Hakan and the rest of the team, looked after us well. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the hotel facilities were great. We also loved the location, being close to both Ovacik and Hisaranu, making it convenient for exploring the area. this hotel was very good and would be suitable for both couples and families.
